About the Speaker:

Debra Stock is President of Debra Stock & Associates, LLC, a boutique consulting practice specializing in governance of not-for-profit hospitals and health systems. Prior to forming her consulting practice, Debra served as Vice President of Trustee Services for the American Hospital Association which represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities throughout the U.S. In this role Debra served as AHA’s national expert on governance, developing thought leadership, education, resources and tools to help health care boards improve their effectiveness. In prior AHA roles, Debra worked with health care CEOs and leadership teams on strategies and programs to manage in rapidly changing environments. Earlier in her career, Debra also served in other consulting, health care association, and hospital management positions.

Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College, Westminster, MD and a Master’s of Business Administration from DePaul University, Chicago.
