New Partnership Prepares Nurses for Larger Leadership Role
Texas Healthcare Trustees and Texas Team Advancing Health through Nursing announced a new collaboration to increase nurse participation on health care and community boards of directors. THT and Texas Team will provide nurses across the state with governance and leadership education in order for them to be even more valuable assets to both hospital and community boards.
THT hopes your administrative support staff can join us for the inaugural Admin Leadership Conference in Frisco, TX on March 27-28. Hear from industry experts on best
governance administrative practices, leading through influence, and much more.
Trustee Online: Community Health and Relations
As health care delivery continues to evolve, the role of hospitals in the community also changes. While hospitals initially were places to treat the sick, today they are becoming leaders in wellness and prevention. This module of our on-demand tool, Trustee Online, will provide board members with the background of this movement, examples of programs for their community and provide information on how to meet your community's needs.
What's your story?
We want to share your story and lessons learned through written articles, webinars, blog posts, or conference sessions this year. This call is open to hospital trustees, CEOs and executive team leaders, or other practice experts. You don’t have to be a professional speaker to contribute; THT will pair compelling stories with practice and industry experts.
