Cesar Lopez, J.D. is the Texas Hospital Association’s Vice President of Legal Affairs, and graduate of Trinity University, Albany Law School, and the University of Washington School of Law Health Law LL.M. program. Prior to joining THA, Cesar gained experience as a litigator, health law lecturer for Texas A&M, the University of Texas – Pan American (now UT-RGV), and the University of Washington, and through various healthcare legal and policy positions in Texas and Washington State. Lopez has a strong connection to healthcare and enjoys creating a positive influence on healthcare policy, law, and best practices by advancing THA’s mission, vision and goals.
