Continuing Education
Texas Healthcare Trustees is applying for approval from the following accrediting organizations for the THT Healthcare Governance Conference. Specific continuing education types are noted with each session.
ACHE Qualified Education
The Texas Healthcare Trustees is authorized to award 6.0 (pre-conference, in-person and virtual) and 7.0 (in-person conference), and 6.0 (virtual conference) hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
Accountancy Continuing Education Public Accountancy CPE
The Texas Healthcare Trustees has registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPE sponsor. This registration does not constitute an endorsement by the board as to the quality of the program. This course will be submitted to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. This course may be submitted for up to 4.2 (pre-conference, in-person and virtual), 8.4 (in-person conference), and 6.0 (virtual conference) contact hours.

Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
The Texas Healthcare Trustees has registered with the Texas State Board of Legal Specialization to meet the requirements of the continuing professional education rules covering maintenance of attendance records, retention or program outlines, qualifications of instructors, program content, physical facilities and length of class hours. This registration agreement does not constitute an endorsement by the board as to the quality of the program or its contribution to the professional competence of the licensee. This course will be submitted to the State Bar of Texas. This course may be submitted for up to 2.5 (pre-conference, in-person and virtual), 3.0 (in-person conference) contact hours.
Certified Healthcare Trustees Education (CHT)
The Healthcare Governance Conference provides 6.0 (pre-conference, in-person and virtual) and 7.0 (in-person conference), and 6.0 (virtual conference) hours that can be used toward earning (24 hours of education required) or renewing (12 hours of education required) your CHT designation. Keep a copy of your CE certificate or turn it in to the registration desk for proof of attendance.
