Renew Your CHTL - Texas Healthcare Trustees

To renew your Certified Healthcare Trustee and Leader designation, you must:

1. Fulfill the following requirements:

Renew your certification within 90 days of your expiration date
Must have completed at least 12 hours of continuing education by approved sources within the last 3 years.
Pay the renewal fee of $125 (members) or $150 (non-members). Please fill out the form below to pay by credit card or request an invoice.
