This program has a term of three years with an option to renew after the third year.

To renew your Certified Healthcare Trustee designation you must:

  • Be previously certified by THT for the term prior.
  • Complete 12 hours of continuing education by approved sources.
  • Submit the application fee of $100 (members) or $150 (non-members) and complete the downloadable Renewal Application.  Application is available on payment page.
  • CEO must approve and sign off on Renewal Application.
  • Email the renewal application and education proof of attendance to info@tht.org
