This program has a term of three years with an option to renew after the third year.

To renew your Certified Healthcare Trustee designation you must:

  • Be previously certified by THT for the term prior.
  • Complete 12 hours of continuing education by approved sources.
  • Email servicecenter@tha.org with your continuing education credits (12 hours). Once approved, an invoice for the renewal fee ($100 members; $150 non-members) will be sent to you via email along with the downloadable Renewal Application.
  • CEO must approve and sign off on Renewal Application.
  • Email the renewal application and education proof of attendance to info@tht.org
