Continuing Education

Texas Healthcare Trustees is applying for approval from the following accrediting organizations for the THT Healthcare Governance Conference. Specific continuing education types are noted with each session.
ACHE Qualified - 6.5 hours for pre-conference; 7.0 for main conference
CPE - 7.8 hours for pre-conference; 8.4 for main conference
MCLE - Pending Accreditation - 4 hours for main conference
CHT - 6.5 hours for pre-conference; 7.0 for main conference

Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of hospital board members, administrators and staff.

This conference is designed for hospital board members, administrators and staff, offering a broad range of continuing education focused on enhancing hospital operations and performance.

ACHE Qualified Education

The Texas Healthcare Trustees is authorized to award up to 6.5 (pre-conference) and 7.0 (2021 Texas Healthcare Trustees Healthcare Governance Conference) hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

Certified Healthcare Trustees Education

The Texas Healthcare Trustees designates this continuing certified healthcare trustee education activity for up to 6.5 (pre-conference) and 7.0 (2021 Texas Healthcare Trustees Healthcare Governance Conference) contact hours. Credit Designation for Accountancy Continuing Education

Public Accountancy CPE

The Texas Healthcare Trustees has registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPE sponsor. This registration does not constitute an endorsement by the board as to the quality of the program. This course(s) may be submitted to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy for up to 7.8 (pre-conference) and 8.4(2021 Texas Healthcare Trustees Healthcare Governance Conference) contact hours.

Credit Designation for Minimum Continuing Legal Education
Pending Accreditation This course has been submitted for minimum continuing legal education to the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE for up to 4 hours (2021 Texas Healthcare Trustees Healthcare Governance Conference).

The Texas Healthcare Trustees has registered with the Texas State Board of Legal Specialization to meet the requirements of the continuing professional education rules covering maintenance of attendance records, retention or program outlines, qualifications of instructors, program content, physical facilities and length of class hours. This registration agreement does not constitute an endorsement by the board as to the quality of the program or its contribution to the professional competence of the licensee.
