Safe Meeting Protocols

The health and safety of Texas Healthcare Trustees’ members, staff and sponsors remain our top priority. This year’s hybrid event requires a dedication to safe meeting protocols.

By registering and attending the 2021 Healthcare Governance Conference, you agree to participate in all reasonable measures enacted as a precaution against the transmission of COVID-19. This may include a requirement to:

  • Wear a mask;
  • Maintain social distance of 6 feet from others;
  • Wash your hands; and
  • Comply with other requirements set forth by local, state, or federal authorities.

You agree and assent to regular temperature checks and self-assessments of COVID-19 symptoms, or any other reasonable preventative check carried out by or for THT. Your registration and attendance acknowledge your full and irrevocable acceptance of the risk of COVID-19 exposure or infection at the event, despite THT’s efforts to combat transmission, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death.

PLEASE NOTE: All in-person attendees at this year’s conference will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging their compliance with safe meeting protocols.
