Karen Kendrick has nearly 30 years of progressive nursing leadership and management experience in a variety of hospital settings. For the past 12 years her work has primarily focused on hospital quality and safety initiatives, including Culture of Safety programs, patient and family engagement, regulatory compliance, quality assurance/improvement activities, and risk management oversight. Karen currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Initiatives for the Texas Hospital Association Foundation.
