CANCELLATIONS The registration fee, less a 20 percent administrative charge, is refundable if notice of cancellation is received in writing by 5 p.m. on July 6, 2021. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Should the conference be canceled, there will be a 100% refund of registration price. Registration Troubleshooting

If you have not recently visited the THA website and updated your account, you will need to set up a new account. To do so, follow these steps:

1. On the THA website, click the "Login" link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage.

2. If you already have a recent account on the THA website, you may login here using your username and password.

3. If this is your first time on the new website, where it says "New to THA? Create a login," click "Login."

4. On the "Welcome" page, enter your email address. If the THA database finds that your email address already has a verified login, it will ask you to login. If you do not know your password information, click the "Forgot Password" link and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

5. If your email address is not located in the database (for members or non-members), you will be asked to provide more information to create your account.

6. Once you have completed the form, you will be able to log into the website using the information you just provided.
