Texas Healthcare Trustees is a statewide association whose members are Texas hospitals and health systems and the board members who govern those organizations. THT believes a knowledgeable board member means enhanced leadership, resulting in healthier communities. Our organization helps hospital and system leaders understand the complexities of health care and governance best practices, which leads to efficient and effective decision-making. THT does this by providing top-tier education, resources and leadership development opportunities to trustees.
THT is the oldest trustee organization in the country, founded in 1961, and we are affiliated with the Texas Hospital Association. The collaboration between our staff and our partners is what allows us to serve our members as effectively as we can.
