THT Committees

Texas Healthcare Trustees has two committees open to trustees on Texas hospital or health system boards.

The Advocacy Committee tackles issues pertaining to trustees, hospitals and their communities year round. The Advocacy Committee is composed of seven to 10 trustees and meets twice a year, either in Austin or by conference call. Members serve one-year terms.

The Education Committee is responsible for assisting THT in developing education initiatives throughout the year. The Education Committee is composed of four to six trustees and meets twice a year by conference call. Members serve one-year terms.
