Applying for Recognition

Trustees applying for Recognition must fill out the application and provide examples of evidence of the necessary items listed on application. Don’t forget the required signatures.

Hospitals applying for Recognition must fill out the Hospital/Health System application, provide supporting documentation and provide all board members’ and the CEO’s signatures.

Applications are accepted throughout the year. Trustees and hospitals or health systems that are approved for Recognition will be honored at the THT Annual Conference, in the Trustee Bulletin and in Texas Hospitals.
