Kimberly McNally, RN, is an executive coach, retreat facilitator, published author, nursing leader and health system trustee based in Seattle, Washington. She works with leaders and teams in health care, nonprofit and education organizations. As president of McNally & Associates, she has served more than 100 organizations nationally and internationally since 1998. Her clients include boards, senior executives, physician and nursing leaders, educators, nonprofit organizations and professional associations. She has worked with leaders in hospitals, health systems, community health centers, ambulatory surgery centers, home care agencies, residential/long term care facilities, physician practices, medical technology companies and health plans. In addition, she has served leaders in higher education, public school districts, trade associations, housing authorities and public utilities.
Prior to forming McNally & Associates, McNally managed organization-wide training and development at Valley Medical Center. For Health Incentives, Inc., she held executive positions in service delivery and account management working with employers, benefits professionals and health care organizations throughout the country. In addition, she held leadership and clinical positions in two academic medical centers, a community hospital and a for-profit psychiatric facility.
Currently, McNally serves on the boards of the Health Research and Education Trust, UW Medicine Health System, and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. At UW Medicine and SCCA, McNally chairs the system board level Patient Safety, Quality, Service Committees. McNally serves on the Washington State Hospital Association Equity of Care Committee. Previously, she served on the boards of the American Hospital Association, Harborview Medical Center (board chair for two years), Washington State Hospital Association, Empty Space Theater and Seattle Mental Health. She serves as a consultant on governance to the National Association of Community Health Centers and is involved in national efforts to increase the number of nurses on boards.

Todd Linden became president and CEO of Grinnell Regional Medical Center in 1994. He received both his master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Iowa and is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Under his leadership the past 23 years, Grinnell Regional has enjoyed dramatic growth. Known nationally for its innovation, GRMC has the newest generation da Vinci surgical robot and its Bariatric Center of Excellence is one of the largest weight reduction centers in Iowa. 
Since coming to Grinnell in 1994, Linden has received numerous honors and he has had the opportunity to testify in the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate, and special conferences with both President’s Clinton and Obama on health care and economic development issues.
Linden served on the American Hospital Association’s Board from 2000-2005 and the National Rural Advisory Committee for the US Department of Health and Human Services 2007-2011. He currently serves on the boards of the Health Forum, Grinnell College and the University of Iowa College of Public Health.  He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Iowa, as well as a regular faculty for the American College of Healthcare Executives.
